Meeting the needs of others

Having a wide variety of things to do and places to go in Tallahassee seems to be a frequent problem. Luckily, Epic Lounge is here to fulfill this need in the local community. To be successful in life you must know and understand your wants, needs and desires as well as the wants, needs and desires others. On a daily basis Epic Lounge diligently works on trying to meet the needs of the Tallahassee community. However, in order for Epic Lounge to be successful in meeting those needs; we must continue to gain an understanding of the various needs and concerns of our target audience.

We at Epic Lounge understand the importance of having customer’s feedback, so with this in mind we encourage those in the Tallahassee community who have questions, concerns or suggest about the vision of Epic Lounge to freely leave their comments on our blog. Your questions, concerns, and suggestions are greatly appreciated and are always take in to consideration.

On September 4, 2010 RockBar will be reopening its facility with a new twist and new name. RockBar will official be known as Epic Lounge on August 1, 2010. The new RockBar will no longer serve as a club; it will be a lounge for those who desire to have a place to network outside of the work place or classroom. Epic Lounge is here to serve all college students, young professionals, and business professionals in the Tallahassee area. Along with being a new night spot Epic Lounge will also host wedding receptions, dinner parties, special events as well as private parties. We are here to fulfill and serve whatever you need may be.

Often times business sometimes miss needs of theirs customers and us at Epic Lounge would like to eliminate that problem by keeping an open form of communication with our customers. We at Epic Lounge would like to know if we are customers feel as if we are approachable, does Epic Lounge seem to care about its community, has Epic Lounge meet your personal needs when it comes to our mission and what do you think when you here the words Epic Lounge? Again all feedback is good whether it is negative or positive so please feel free let us know what you think.
